    The gentlemen were good workers. They had to take my door off and put it back on to get the washer and dryer do and they did so without scratching up my new items so i was great cup no complaints. And they were on time and so polite

    The gentlemen that brought my machines out were courteous and considerate. They removed the old machines and installed the new equipment in a short time and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to use the new machines and I am very satisfied with them.

    My washer is great now, it was installed with instruction inside the first time so a new one was brought out a week later and this time all was great!!

    The installation was tricky because of the small room it is in. They did a heroic job of getting it level and against the wall. And they came at the time they said they would come.

    Very happy with our installation of both the washer and the dryer. Would highly recommend having Best Buy install these appliances. Just make sure you also purchase the required hoses to ensure a smooth installation.

    The young men who delivered our new washer were super quick and efficient. They did a great job and appreciate the care they used in making sure the washer worked correctly. They also cleaned up after themselves nicely.

    Fast easy installation and removal. Took all of 20 mins from arrival, installation (connections), and removals of the old. Definitely recommended for people who may have a tight fit thru interior doors or different levels/floor placement.

    Possibly the worst delivery experience I've ever had. It's difficult to consider this a valid review since the delivery never happened (sort of like when someone gives a bad review for a restaurant they never went to), but between 01/06/2025 and 02/01/2025, there were FOUR attempts made to deliver my washing machine. My wife was there for the first "attempt". When the delivery driver arrived he argued with my wife about whether this was a delivery or installation. I was on the phone with her and heard the entire transaction and was facetiming her the entire time this debacle was taking place. The driver had to call back to verify that yes, this was an installation and a haul away (something that we had to pay extra for, so we were not going to argue otherwise). He came into the apartment and looked at our washer and dryer stacked setup and said "No, I'm not going to install this because I don't have access to the shut off valves...which were "secretly" hidden in plain sight on the back wall behind the units. The process to get to this point was exhausting enough and I was in no mood to argue with the person, so I just asked my wife to tell them to take it back and we'll reschedule with someone else. The attitude of the delivery driver was absolutely terrible and he seemed like he was going far out of his way to perform a service we paid good money for. This was on Monday, January 6th. The second attempt took place on Saturday, January 11th. Between the time of the first attempt and the second, snow had fallen in the Chicagoland area, which accumulated enough to prevent the almost 14' delivery truck from accessing the alley in the back of my building to do the installation (our alley has the famous CTA lines running above it, with support posts that apparently don't allow for a 14' clearance...something that should have been noted in the first attempt). I asked if they could bring the washer about 4 buildings down from the end of the block to my apartment and they immediately said no. At this point I was standing in the middle of a snowy street and didn't have the bandwidth to argue with them, so they told me they would have to reschedule. At this point I realized that it was the third party carrier that Best Buy employs in the Chicago area, FSA, who I was dealing with on the delivery and installation. I figured I would use the chat feature to schedule the next attempt since I could get a transcript of our interaction. During the chat I detailed the issues that arose from the previous 2 attempts and directly stated that "If FSA is the delivery partner for this item, then I will cancel it immediately". Unfortunately, we don't find out who the delivery party is until they are loaded and on the day of delivery...which was FSA. I immediately called customer service to cancel the delivery, but was informed that since the product was on the truck I wouldn't be able to cancel. The window they gave me for the third attempt was for between 1:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday, January 18th. I received a text at 4:34pm that they were on their way and should be at my apartment by 4:36pm (yay for 2-minute heads up). When FSA called to let me know they were here I told them that I cancelled the order. The next week "Jake" from an off-shore support center called to reschedule the delivery. I outlined the whole ordeal with him and asked that they not use FSA. He said he would make a note of it, but low and behold on the morning of the fourth scheduled delivery, February 1st, I received a text saying "Our service partner from FSA will arrive today between 7am...". I was not at the apartment when I received this message but told them I would be there within 15 minutes and someone should be at the apartment to let them in. When I got there at 7:15am there was not a truck to be seen, so I went inside and spoke with the person on the first floor (where this was to be delivered) who then went on to tell me that he did not see anyone nor did anybody ring the bell. During this timeframe I also received a call from "Deborah" with Best Buy who told me about the attempted delivery. I was in the back of the building when this happened as asked her to hold on a second while a train was going by overhead (which makes it a bit challenging to hear someone) and when I didn't hear a response when I continued to talk I looked at my phone to find that she was no longer on the line. Finally by 8:30am I am able to get to the driver and his partner (who had called me at 6:47am but did not answer my calls back until this time) and was informed that the person on the other end said I hung up on her. After 4 attempts and taking time out of at least two busy weekends, there is no way I was going to hang up on anybody, especially if I could have gotten them to come back and complete the delivery started over 4 weeks ago. But alas... The moral of the story? Well first, I want to state for the record that I've been a strong Best Buy customer, particularly for appliances, for over 10 years. In 2024 alone I purchased and had installed another washing machine and a dryer in my building with no issue. These were done through a different third-party vendor. It wasn't until Best Buy started using FSA in 2025 that the problems started. Based on this I can see for certain that I will not be using Best Buy delivery services again until there is a guarantee that FSA is not part of the equation. Until then, I'm borrowing my father-in-law's pickup and busting out my tool belt because the amount of time wasted on this experience is quite possibly a learning experience I won't soon forget.

    Did fall earlier than I expected & were only a short distance away. I was at work so took a bit to get home. The delivery guys waited. Were friendly and very efficient.

    Purchased a new washer & dryer set for my mom who didn't need anything with the fancy bells and whistles of the newer units. She's been happy with it! Installation by Best Buy was great and on time!

    The washer and dryer installers from Best Buy were top notch. They were very courteous, they showed up on time, they gave a 30 min call prior to coming. They knew what they were doing during the installation. Tested out the machines and explained the features of the machines as well.
