Chris Ramos and crew were great with the delivery. They were good by contacting me if the time changed due to deliveries and very professional with the installation. I didn't receive a tutorial but I already informed them that I knew how to operate this particular brand.

The delivery guys were very good at the delivery - amazing to see them carry these heavy machines up the stairs. The reason I gave a 4 star - to hook up the drainage hose - they would not pop out the plastic piece in the wall to put in the hose. they said they did not know-how and did not want to damage anything. So we were not able to turn it on to test it while they were here. This should definitely be something they know how to do. I called my builder and he sent someone over and the piece was punched out in seconds and we dropped in the hose.

Two techs were sent to install my washer. Very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable about the washer and showed me how to use it.

My installation went extremely well. They removed and installed two appliances in 30 minutes. A month later the appliances are working perfectly and I would recommend Best Buys installation service . .

They could have leveled my machine better. I had to relevel it myself.

The 2 geek Squad members that came out for delivery were true to their word for time. The install itself was quick, they also needed to pack up and haul away an installed washer and that was quick too.

The service men arrived on time and installed the washer efficiently. My only pet peeve is when they removed my old washer, they forgot to discard some of the old parts or take them with them.

The delivery guys were on time. The installation of the washer was quick and efficient. They did a test run of the washer to be sure everything was hooked up correctly. Also gave a quick tutorial.

We replaced an aging washing machine with a new LG top loader. It's a great appliance. Your guys did an outstanding job with the installation, showed up on time, no mess, no bother on my part.

the 3 men that delivered my washer and dryer set were amazing. I wish I c I uld find the delivery slip to give them credit, but they unloaded, unpacked and had both the washer and dryer installed in less than 20 mins. Amazing!

We had Best Buy install a washer and a dryer. The installers were quick, clean, courteous and followed all COVID protocols. They even offered to show us how to use the washer and dryer with a demo but we declined. I recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! This was not an easy install as it had to go in the basement with a couple narrow entrance ways. The guys were awesome and got the items installed with no issues and everything is working great.

The employees that came in and installed my washer were so nice and careful! Great service overall!
