The 2 guys from Geek Squad were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The install was quick and clean. Hauled away all materials and old washer. Took the time to run new washer thru a few cycles and answered all my questions. Did all of that in record time!!!

The installer was quick and neat, and informed us that the faucets were old such that they needed to be replaced, This was not something he could do, but committed to come back and complete the installation.

I just purchased my LG Washer and had it delivered but was a little disappointed with the delivery and installation of it. I was told that I would be notified with an approximate time of delivery the day before, which I was, and then would be notified again before they showed up, in which I wasn't. Then after showing up they brought the new wash machine in before taking the old one out so they were fighting for space while moving them around on my hallway carpet in which I was worried that they were going to damage the carpet. After all of that and the Washer was finally in place, I asked, do you need to level it? The delivery man kind of shook it and said, it should be fine as if it was too much trouble! He disconnected the hoses before I had a chance to shut off the water and got water all over the floor. I told him, had I known you were on your way I would've had the water shut off but they seemed in a hurry and very careless! At that point I just wanted them to leave and I ended up cleaning up the water and leveling it myself.

They did a great job installing my applaince. No complaints here.

The gentlemen that installed our washing machine did a fantastic job of installing our washing machine on top of the pedestal that we already owned. They tested it out and gave a quick tutorial too. Well worth the money we invested for the professional installation.
