If you are not handy, this is definitely money well spent. Geeksquads professional installers will connect your new washer, install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled and test it for basic operation. DEFINITELY protects your investment. I would absolutely recommend.

The washing machine works great but the seems to stay up when trying to load and unload it. It hits you in the head it doesn’t hurt but sure is a pain.

They were very professional. They also did a great job of removing the old washer.

Install fail. Washer was making metal cleaning noises on the first test of the rinse/spin cycle. Pulled it out and found all kinds of problems….. Washer was not level and balancing on 3 feet. Hot & cold hoses were hooked up backward. Drain hose was installed incorrect with hose pushed in 18-24 inches into drain pipe when supposed to be 6-8 inches. Also missing plastic bracket that holds hose bent. Luckily I had the one from the old washer. When I called “total tech” for the problems with my 1 hour old washer they said they could have someone out in a week. I think I spent more time on the phone navigating, on hold time, and talking to total tech on than they did on the actual install. Cannot recommend Best Buy install.

The Best Buy installers were very good overall. They called 30 minutes before coming over and they were very courteous throughout the entire process. Installation went very well and they tested the machine and showed the features of the machine. Excellent overall service.

The delivery men did a fine job of installing our new LG washer. They worked quickly and installed it properly. They started a short wash to test it out and left while it was still running. No issues.

2 young men came with the new washer and did a great job with a complicated (stacked with natural gas dryer) for washer installation. They were efficient and careful and the install went perfectly.

The team was polite and efficient. Got my unit in, installed and out in about 15 minutes. The unit was tested and we had a nice conversation. The team also took COVID safety measures, which made me feel at ease.

The two guys who came by to install my machine were professional, courteous, and quick. They called ahead of time to give me time to move stuff around and put my dog in another room. I was contacted to confirm the appointment and Best Buy did I good job keeping me updated.

The two gentleman that installed my washer and dryer upstairs were wonderful. The process was quick and was given notice before they were on the way and showed up in the quoted time frame. Very happy with the service.

The first delivery guys didn't do a good job. When the guys came to install it the second time they did a great job and they took the old wash machine. You got the rate in for the second delivery guys.

There were 2 guys. The main guy was amazing!! He was knowledgeable, hard worker and very kind!!! The other guy didn’t really do much. He helped carry them on but then he went out and smoked!!! Then came on towards the end and smelled horrible due to all the smoking!!!
