I was in a hurry, so they had to go super fast, and they were very polite and professional and installed the washer very quickly!

The delivery men were very helpful and were able to get my washer in a tight space. They also made sure the washer worked and that i knew how to operate it.

I received quick delivery. The drivers were curteous -- they called in the morning to tell me what time to expect them instead of keeping me to a 4 hour window. The installation was fast and they gave me good instruction on how to operate the unit. Well worth the money.

The last techs that came were amazing! The ones before were not helpful. But the last techs completed the work no questions. Supper professional and nice.

The installers were on time, friendly, and professional. They looked at my laundry room space as well as the path to the laundry room all the way from the driveway before attempting to install to ensure that they could safely transport the washer inside, and showed me a preexisting scratch on my hardwood floor prior to install. The install was efficient and clean--no packaging materials scattered around--and the installers tested the washer to ensure correct function, and showed me as well as handed me the manual. They also checked to make sure they hadn't caused any damage to my home. Seriously, I wish every large home furniture/appliance delivery could be this great.

Had to replace my recalled Samsung top loader. We normally buy our appliances at Lowes, but after this purchase I admit that Best Buy has definitely earned my "first look" priority in the future!! Every aspect from sales through installation was perfect. Great experience!
