The crew did a great job getting the appliances delivered to the 2nd floor. Installation, setup of the new ones and hauling away of the old appliances was done in about an hour. They even ran a test cycle to assure everything was working as required.

I had Best Buy do the installation.I'm glad I did. The job was well done and they arrived when scheduled. Installation was included in the purchase so it would have been silly not to do so. So Best Buy offered service and quality and followed through.

Installers were professional and had no issues with the installation using the supplied install hose kit I also purchased from Best Buy.

Having the guy's fit our washer and dryer was the best option for us, they did a super job no hassle and very respectful of us and our home.

The guys were so great installing our washer and dryer. Made sure we were happy with where they went and explained how to use them a bit along with running it’s first load without anything in it.

They call and let you know where they are and in my case they called an hour early asking if it’s ok to come early and when they got here they answer all my questions and made sure everything was working and moved my old one great job

The installation team arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently installed the washer. The installer also pointed out the features of the Whirlpool washer.

Delivery and installation was done by a 3rd party. This same company and installers delivered my dishwasher and stove from Lowes the year before. The staff were on time and installed my washer and dryer quickly. No complaints.

Fast and easy install. The two men carried the washer up the stairs and fit it snug inside my room successfully.

I give everything about my washer 10 stars. My husband installed it so I can’t really say much about the parts but the machine is up and running beautiful and it was quick
