Technicians were very polite and professional. Quickly installed and explained status of washer to us.

The crew called to let me know when they were within about 15 minutes of arriving (which was within the promised 2-hour delivery window). They were great at removing the old machine and installed the new one. I can't give 5 stars because I wish they had taken a few minutes to explain how the machine works - they did start a cycle to be sure everything was properly connected but I didn't know how to stop it after they left (the machine was empty). Also, the machine was placed too close to the hot water faucet, but we were able to move it forward for a little more clearance. All in all, capable.

Techs were very professional. They came in and removed my machine and brought the new machine in very quickly but carefully. Once they set it up, the tech showed me how to work it while making sure it was working properly. I was very pleased.

Install went well. Knowledgeable folks. Hauled away my old washer. Easy process.

When I moved into my condo in 2007, I noticed my antiquated washer and dryer unit. I told myself in the back of my mind, one day I will change them out to the latest and the greatest as they were already 22 years old. Well, this past April, my washer and dryer began to begin to do strange things with in a week of each other. My washer started to rattle loudly during the spin cycle and the dryer would take 3 cycles, each of an hour, to completely dry, even when half full. Decided to take the plunge and get a new washer and dryer for my condo. After some research, I decided on the whirlpool brand, and opted for a matching washer and dryer set. I could not be any happier with the entire experience, including installation and haul away, and my new unit. Everything was seamless and I now do look forward to doing laundry 2 - 3 times a week.

The installation was great. The only exception that I found out afterwards was that my house lines for hot and cold are opposite. The guys hooked up the hot to the red line, like they are typically supposed to, but I had to swap them.

Install of washer and dryer and removal of old set was handled professionally by two Geek Squad members excellent service - thanks! No problem recommending the servicers for our new washer and dryer.

Our new washer was installed in a small area. The techs were courteous and efficient doing their job and now we have clean clothes again!

Very fast install. So fast they didn’t take the time to show me anything on the new washer we had bought. Disappointing

The installation was quick and easy. They were very nice during the installation process.

The installer was really nice and did exactly what his job was. I only wish that they had asked me where, specifically, I wanted the washer. In the end, the hose to empty the water was too short so we had to search around town to find one and reinstall it ourselves. I wanted the washer placed a few inches away from my sink, not right next to it. I wish his instructions stated to ask me to evaluate the install before leaving. Otherwise, he and his helper were very nice to work with.
