THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY. THE CREW CAME IN REMOVE THE OLD WASHER AND MOVE THE DRYER SLIGHTLY OUT OF THE WAY. tHEY RECOMMENDED TO CHANGE THE DRYER GAS CONNECTOR AND THE AIR VENT HOSE. THEY CAME PREPARE WITH THE REPLACEMENT PARTS AND CAHRGED ME $50 FOR PARTS AND INSTALLATION WHICH IS GOOD. THE REASON I GAVE TWO STARS BECAUSE ACCORDING TO BEST BUY, THE CREW WILL BE PRACTICING SAFE COVID PROTOCOL. BUT THEY CAME IN WITHOUT MASKS AND DIDN'T REALLY WORRY ABOUT SAFE COVID PRACTICE. ANOTHER REASON FOR TWO STARS WAS THEY HOOK UP THE WATER HOSES WRONG. THEY SWITCHED THE COLD AND HOT WATER HOSE. I STATRED USING THE WASHER WITH COLD WATER WASH BUT HOT WATER POURED INTO THE WASHER INSTEAD. I COULD HAVE SWITH THE WATER HOSES MYSELF BUT I WANT THEM TO KNOW ABOUT THE MIXED UP SO I CALLED THEM. LUCKILY THEY WERE STILL IN THE AREA AND CAME BACK TO FIX IT. IF NOT BECAUSE OF THIS MIXED UP AND NOT PRACTICE SAFE COVID PROTOCOL I WOULD GAVE THEM 5 STARS.

Installing this washer was simple and easy to follow. Im 52 yrs. old n i did it myself! What more can i say?

Don't know how the rate washer installation really. I gave it 5 stars because I did it myself. So, ratings will either high or lower than a real install.

Techs came in and quickly removed the item being replaced. They then installed the washer quickly and professionally.

The washer works well and is quiet. I read many bad reviews online, but decided to give it a try, due to Best Buy's awesome return policy for members and I am a fan of Samsung products.

these guys were real pros. they showed up on time and effortlessly removed the old washing machine with the new one. we have had problems with installations in the past and were a bit concerned about this delivery. thankfully, everything went smoothly.

They arrived and were prompt and efficient; they cleaned up and took my old washer away.

The installers were great and did a great job on installing the washing machine. The found a small dent on the rear of the washing machine and pointed it out to me. They also called in the damage and offered to bring me another washer. The dent was small and can't be seen without pulling out the washer. Shortly after the installer called Best Buy, I was contacted by them and offered compensation for the small dent.

The installation of my new Whirlpool Cambrio steam washer was perfect. T he team was very timely and came ahead of the scheduled time. They removed the old appliance and hooked up the new steam washer in record time. I was very satisfied with the work of this team.

Washer is quiet and easy to use. Laundry comes out fresh smelling and sanitized. Installers were customer service oriented and appeared to be friendly.
