This machine gets a lot of use and as with most Samsung products, I am very satisfied. It handles big loads with no issues and runs very quiet. Great price and it was in and installed within a couple days.

The men who came to deliver / install the washer were contracted by Best Buy. Best Buy appeared to have my phone number on two different orders, but they brought the correct machine to my house. The installers were very quick and professional.

WARNING! 3 weeks, 5 installers, 1 broken dryer and 1 damaged dryer. New dryer came today. I sent a picture of the installation to LG Customer Service and they said the gas dryer vent installation was done wrong and was dangerous. My initial installation was Feb 28 and as of March 21 I still don’t have a working dryer. Plus, all the days I had to wait at home, plus all the hours contacting Best Buy. My advice: DON’T BUY. NO STARS , BUT NOT AN OPTION

The delivery came right on time--exactly as scheduled. The technician was courteous and made good suggestions. Definitely looking out for my interests. Very knowledgeable technicians!

These guys were really easy to work with. We had a drip pan we wanted to get under the washer and they installed that as well, no extra cost

The install guys were awesome. They we extremely professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions and tested the washer and dryer after installation.

After the first LG 5.0 was diagnosed with a leak in the drum, a replacement was installed. I must say the first group of installers were friendlier and more concerned with how I needed the washer placed. This second installation was just fine, but not as friendly and I had to keep asking for the washer placement to be adjusted. I am thankful for all of the delivery folk who noticed problems and who carried a washer dryer up a flight of stairs.

This could not have been an easier purchase. Excellent experience! Travis the installer knew his stuff and installed quickly ad professionally.

I really like that the delivery workers were very professional and watched how they brought it into the house w/out disturbing anything along the way. Works perfect. In use rite now. THANK YOU
