The installers were excellent in getting my washer downstairs and getting it running in about 20 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable.

The installation was done perfectly! The installers were efficient and walked us through the installation and how to use the equipment.

Had to purchase extra products in order to get free delivery/installation, so it's not really free. Crew was communicative and professional, cleaned up after as well.

My installer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went over all of the features after he installed the washer. After he left, I noticed that the hoses were too long and jumbled behind my washer so I will be getting shorter ones and returning these. Also, there was a constant drip at my shut off valve that wasn't there before and I will be looking into that. Not sure if the valve needs to be replaced or an "o" ring or just tightened up more.

The guys were great and very efficiently installed the washer and dryer. They removed the old ones and cleaned up before installing the new ones. They made sure everything was working and fit before they left.

It works but it is extremely loud. Had installer start it up, it just had water in it and it was making a racket them, but he said that is how they all are and I accepted it. Even when it has a small or large loud it is extremely loud. So if you want quiet this is not it. I gave it 4 stars because it washes the clothes okay which is the primary function.

The 2 Best Buy technicians that installed our new Maytag front loader washing machine did an excellent job. They were very courteous and efficient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, thank you. By the way, we love this new Maytag.

I can't believe it but its true! Our new washer was delivered 30 minutes before the delivery window started! Both delivery men were very professional and courteous. The install went smoothly and we were back in washer mode within 1 hour of delivery. How about that!

The two gentlemen from Best Buy who installed the washing machine did a great job. They were knowledgeable about how the machine works and they were very careful inside my home. Also removed all the packing material that came with the machine.

You had better make sure that everything is perfect when the installers get there because they can't handle curve balls. I had to do several things that THEY should have been able to handle. It got installed properly, but if I had not been there to assist, I am not sure,
