They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. This included carrying the washer and dryer to the second floor and taking away all the trash. Very courteous and professional

I didn't have to touch a thing. First time ever. Normally there's something she wants different from what the installers left.

Washes okay but is loudest washer I have ever had.

Had installer start it up, it just had water in it and it was making a racket them, but he said that is how they all are and I accepted it. Even when it has a small or large loud it is extremely loud. So if you want quiet this is not it. I gave it 4 stars because it washes the clothes okay which is the primary function.
