The Best Buy delivery and installation was quick, clean and perfect. They were in and out of my house in 30 minutes taking my old appliance with them. They were exceptionally friendly and gave me a brief yet knowledgeable overview of my new machine.

The new washer arrived with a dent in the side. Bestbuy was very good about replacing it. Having paid for installation allowed us to use the washer while waiting for the replacement to be delivered, and having to do the disconnect and reinstall ourselves.

Movers/installers were friendly and answered all my questions. They were very careful about moving the dryer/washer up a flight of stairs. Movement and install went smoothly and they explained the operation of the machines and made sure I was satisfied.

It is so important. I cannot stress this to make sure that you have your warranty with any appliance purchase, and never deny it. Because you never know when you’re gonna need it when your appliances are going to go down on, you don’t have to pay out of pocket. Also, the gentleman’s that came to replace my new washer and remove my old. Washer were amazing. Very professional very nice. Answered all questions I mean the whole experience was amazing.

When searching for this unit initially, my anxiety spiked every time I got a confused looking response. Best Buy/Pacific sales delivery and installation dudes instantly eliminated my anxiety. They were early, kind, confident, clean and overall competent!

Having the guy's fit our washer and dryer was the best option for us, they did a super job no hassle and very respectful of us and our home.

The Best Buy delivery guys are great! This washer was installed in a rental unit and I had to go meet them there. They were very prompt and polite and knew exactly what they were doing. We had no issues with leaking or any other problem after the installation.

Washer is grossly unbalanced. Not sure it was worth the cost of paying for an installation we could have messed up ourselves. No, I would not recommend Best Buy installers.

What a relief to have someone get my washing machine hooked up and working. Best buy has never let me down when it comes to getting my appliances all set for me to use. And if anything was not to my satisfaction, I know they would rectify the issue immediately.
