i was very pleased with the Geek Squad delivery. They were on time Unloading and installation of my GE washer was very good. They picked up my old washer.

They were good installers and cleaned up their mess. But they didn't take time to level the machines. No big deal since I can do it. But ask them to level before they leave!

This young man was exceptional. I do not have his name but the crew ID # is 464708C. He knew everything about the machine and was very nice. Also I bought the machine at the Wetmore Rd store and Richard C helped us and we were very impressed with him as well.

Best Buy installer was diligent and thorough. He ran the washer through a full cycle and made sure it worked and drained properly. Also, he gave good instructions on use of the washer.

Like everything else I've had installed by Best Buy, this was on time and no work for me. They delivered the washer, installed it, and cleaned up and removed all the packing materials.

They did a great job getting the washer down into our washroom as it was pretty tight and the stairs were fairly steep. Unfortunately it was dented during installation and they didn’t even bother to level the legs of the machine. Scheduling a replacement was no problem but still didn’t level it on the second try. Maybe that’s not included, but it should be as I had a hard time doing it myself.

The guy was courteous, clean and fast. I would highly recommend him.

The installers were friendly and helpful with my questions. They were gentle with the wash machine going down the steps to the basement. Taking the old wash machine outside, they were careful also not to ding up the walls and etc.. Everything went well.
