Remarkable installation as Besy Buy said it would be delayed. Seems more and more no one in Best Buy knows what is happening nor can you find a corporate person to speak with as my Samsung dishwasher due today. Got an email Thursday am saying it was delayed. Had it when they took my money now maybe in stock for delivery 9/20-22! Actually had a member tell me l could no further up the company customer service and she couldn’t help.

They called and told me they would be at my home within 15min. They came removed my old washer and replace with new washer. They had my washer hooked up in no time. Gave me directions on how to use. They answered all my questions. They were great.

These guys were awesome. They had to truck this washer up a turning staircase. Not. Fun. But they did it quick and without issue. Had the old washer gone, new one in, installed, balanced and tested in under 30 minutes. Even explained features etc.

The installers were great. They pointed out some issues with the location of the vent, water supply and drain and how the doors to the washer and dryer would get in each others way. They moved things around and made it work. Highly recommend.

These guys know what they are doing. Extremely careful bringing the washer and dryer into our house. Connecting them up was done professionally. they didn't need the dryer vent we'd bought so they kept it and gave us a full refund of its purchase price.

They arrived in promised time. They hauled away the old machine then installed the new one. Ran a cycle to make sure it was working and no leaks. Everything was good. They did this in a fast pace. Good job!

Installation itself was very fast. Workers were very nice and professional.

The guys arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Didn't like the fact that I had to purchase the hook-ups from Best Buy to get the "Free" install. Some of the items I already had but it was still worth not having to carry these downstairs myself.

The guys were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable of the washer.
