The guys were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable of the washer.

Very efficient and friendly delivery service. Delivery guys were very conscientious of my home and setting up the washing machine.

Installation of our washer was done without a hitch. They were on time, followed Covid guidelines and cleaned up when they were done.

The last installation team was great, especially compared to the 1st delivery / installation team. The wrong stacking kit was delivered on the 1st attempt, which delayed installation. The 2nd team was did not connect to gas line correctly but the 3rd team was great. My disappointment is that the washer AND dryer open to the opposite direction of what I’d prefer. It literally blocks me from the dirty clothes hampers !

The two guys that brought the washer were professional and had my washer installed on the pedestal and hooked up to the water lines .Then leveled the washer and made sure it was working properly.

Installation was not only awesome but they hooked up the dryer at no charge with a new vent hose, if I could rate this service more than 5 stars I would. Installer went above and beyond. Thank you

The installation tech installed the water lines even though the one connection was rusted. He squirted some oil on it. He did say that the washer did not need to be leveled. He said the washer was self leveling, but it is not. When I call the Help line the person said it has to be leveled front to back and side to side or else it will move when operating. My husband leveled it before I operated the washer.

They were very polite and professional they actually called to say they were ahead of schedule and to see if they could come early.They explained everything excellent and cleaned up and took away the old washer,They were excellent.

I’ve got to hand it to Best Buy; they have the best people! Two young men delivered my new washer and installed it efficiently and quickly. The tested it, showed me how to operate it, and hauled my old one away. They were very kind. I’m impressed.

These guys were really easy to work with. We had a drip pan we wanted to get under the washer and they installed that as well, no extra cost
