Perfect installation. The guy made sure it was working the way it should before he left. He was very nice and answered my questions professionally.

When it comes to washers and dryers. LG makes you Thinq and that’s a great thing. As humans the desire to become soiled and then become unsoiled is nothing new so why should it only pertain to our souls. Our garments are just as essential as our heartlights. LG really brings it home with smart technology and their can do attitude. We are just as please as punch about it all. CLEAN TOWELS coming up to dry off my dirty life and times. Brava…

Tim Eason time they filled the covid guidelines and they were nice and very helpful they put the washer together and tested it to make sure things were good I appreciate that

they were prompt and very professional. they were in and out within 30 minutes removing all packaging and old washer quickly and neatly. wish all installations went this well:)

The washer installation was done professionally, the men who brought it carried it in carefully and hooked it all up and even ran it to make sure it was working properly

The installation team arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently installed the washer. The installer also pointed out the features of the Whirlpool washer.

We very much enjoyed the professional and knowledgeable crew that delivered our new and removed our old washer and dryer. They worked cautiously but quickly to get us up and running.

The installation team did a great job. They were very considerate of our home and made sure to wipe their feet before coming in. They test the product for you, which was also appreciated. I highly recommend this installation team.

Washer and Dryer installation was quick and efficient. These guys came in and knocked it out. I know this was something I would not be able to do myself.... for sure

i ordered the LG 5.0cf front load washer along with the sidekick...the first crew came to install as scheduled. it turned out we had a small leak at the connector, which we had to fix. i thought, “uh-oh” its going to be a nightmare to get this install rescheduled! but NOT AT ALL!, to my surprise, i got a phone call about 15 min after the guys left. they got me rescheduled for just a couple of days later, which was good-we had to hit home depot and replace the leaky connectors. the 2nd crew showed up as scheduled. even though it was a sweltering day here, they were courteous-and got the washers installed quickly & correctly.

I'm so happy with the whole process of buying our new washer. The installation guys came on the time they had notified me. They removed and installed the washer with ease. They were very professional.

The technicians that came to install the washer appeared to know what they were doing and effortlessly got everything working perfectly.
