Very pleasant and careful with appliance. Did a great job. My washer was purchased on May 30th but I didn't get it till Sept. 2nd.

Careful, respectful and caring install

They made sure that everything worked properly and that we were satisfied with the machine and the hook-up. They were friendly and respectful and made sure we were happy each step of the way.

Impressed with Geek Squad Installation

Geek Squad associates were uniformed, very professional and excellent communicators. They contacted me the day before the delivery and as promised when they were on their way to my home. I'm very impressed.

Great Delivery Service

Called ahead to give me an approximate time of arrival and they were here right on schedule. They hooked up new washer and tested it and hauled away old machine all within about 20 minutes.

They arrived early, were very thoughtful and courteous. It only took them a few minutes to install and check it out.

They were able to lift the units so that they did not scratch up our hardwood floors.
