Though a buyer might save some in installation if they do it themselves, it is important to allow a professional persons install the washing machine especially as delivery of the unit was in a large padded box which required a lot of material to be taken away rather than filling up several trash cans, and in our case, installation required two persons to carry it up the stairs to the second floor. I found that the installers avoided damaging walls and floors and made sure that we were satisfied. They took the time to install the washing machine correctly and then spent time to make sure every option was working and also ran the machine to make sure there were no leaks and it was properly adjusted. They even did a followup call with us to check if we had any questions or concerns. Customer service was excellent and exceptional.

The delivery came and as soon as placed it was placed the installation was done like 1,2,3z They seem to know what needed to be done. He was very professional and quick.

The Geek squad installed our washer and dryer and also gave us a quick overview on the care and instructions. They did a great job getting it into a tight space and doing all the hook ups.

This goes really good with your new purchase because the installers make it quickly and correct. they have all the necessary tools needed to install. It will give you peace of mind that it was done correctly.

The washer (10/22/22) and pedestal (11/16/22) were both installed with no complications. The two guys did an excellent job.

My installation ran late, but, I was called and notified. Once the installers arrived, I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They finished in a very precise and short period of time which was greatly appreciated.

the two man team who came to install my washing machine were terrific. they removed my old washing machine, brought in the new one, and had it set up in under 10 minutes. they even came earlier than i was expecting them to for the drop off.

This machine gets a lot of use and as with most Samsung products, I am very satisfied. It handles big loads with no issues and runs very quiet. Great price and it was in and installed within a couple days.

These guys were fantastic—so knowledgeable and so good at answering my questions and so nice about my asking them to wait while I swept after they hauled out the old washer. They also kept me informed on when they were coming:)
