Delivery and installation was done by a 3rd party. This same company and installers delivered my dishwasher and stove from Lowes the year before. The staff were on time and installed my washer and dryer quickly. No complaints.

Delivery personnel were quick and efficient. They delivered and hooked up the washer without problems.

I had this washing machine delivered in Celebration, Florida where we have a condominium. There were two guys installing the machine. They knew axactly what they were doing, could answer all the questions, and cleaned up nicely after them.

They call and let you know where they are and in my case they called an hour early asking if it’s ok to come early and when they got here they answer all my questions and made sure everything was working and moved my old one great job

Installation was on time (actually 30 minutes early) and went quickly. got a phone call a couple of days later to be sure everything worked as expected and to see if there were any questions.

The installation team were exceptional. They removed the old appliances, installed the new ones and took the time to show us how to use them, answer our questions and even give us recommendations.

The men who delivered our washer were great! They were efficient and courteous s as me fast too!

The service guys were professional, courteous, conscientious & efficient. The fact that they ran a test cycle before leaving really raised our confidence level in them & the products!

The crew called to let me know when they were within about 15 minutes of arriving (which was within the promised 2-hour delivery window). They were great at removing the old machine and installed the new one. I can't give 5 stars because I wish they had taken a few minutes to explain how the machine works - they did start a cycle to be sure everything was properly connected but I didn't know how to stop it after they left (the machine was empty). Also, the machine was placed too close to the hot water faucet, but we were able to move it forward for a little more clearance. All in all, capable.

Best Buy is the only store in my area that still has installers for washers & dryers, which is a good thing because the team who installed my new washer did an excellent job.
