The team that did my installation were very good at their job. They had removed my old washer and dryer, and installed the new ones in amazing time.

Geek Squad always installed all our TVs and appliances. They call us a day before and narrow our appointment time. Installation was a breeze with no problems and they showed us how to use the machine. They are very professional, courteous and quick!

They were very professional, did their work as expected and made adjustments when needed. They seemed to have a lot of experience and adapted very well to a somewhat unusual install. Upon opening the install , I had purchased the dryer vent material & it contained multiple angles of the attachments, it installed correctly but upon departure all of the extra attachments went with the installers !!!! My money paid for the KIT, even if the others are not used on this install - what if I move ? - maybe the ones they took would work for the next place. Is this standard procedure from BEST BUY or did they just take it out of habit?

Professional efficient installation of or my replacement washer

Everything went well. Your delivery people were very professional, courteous, and cooperative.

Best Buy did a great job with the installation -- the only thing is I wish they had told me to take a picture of the serial number before installing. I need that for the warranty registration, and not sure how I will get to it now.

The installation of the dishwasher was really quick. I did not expect that they will finish earlier than the promised time. I thank Best Buy for keeping up to their promise.

The men who came to deliver / install the washer were contracted by Best Buy. Best Buy appeared to have my phone number on two different orders, but they brought the correct machine to my house. The installers were very quick and professional.
