A day after installing the drain hose came loose and damaged some of my wife's artwork. Not all the their fault, I think the drain hose was designed poorly.

Installation was quick, the delivery people were friendly and very informative. I believe they were from Ramirez Trucking. They also tested the unit to make sure it was operating and gave me quick instructions on it's use.

The Best Buy washing machine installers did a great job removing my old washing machine and installing my new one. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. Great Job!

Washer and dryer work fairly well, but it took us 5 months to finally get our set installed properly. First few attempts caused a leak in our downstairs ceiling bc of faulty installation of washer. Also the lint trap on the bottom of washing machine pours out water when opened. Be sure to have a pan or something to absorb all the water that pours out. It’s more than I expected. They say check the lint trap weekly but we check it every time we use the machine.

Th installers were informative, efficient and professional

I had to wait 1 month to get my washing machine delivery date. They gave me a 4 hour window and then totally missed that time frame. I had to call my sales rep at Best Buy to find out if the install team was really going to come on the scheduled time. Ends up they were late - really late. I mean . . . you have a 4 hour window. You would think that they could get it in that time slot. Obviously they were overbooked or lazy. Either way, it's their problem to solve not mine, and I was not happy that I had to go on a hunt for them and to updated on the status. Was told they would call me 2 hours before they arrived. They called 10 minutes before they arrived. And then they told me that I need to cut a hole for the washer drain pipe. I had no tools to do that, and no one at Best Buy told me that I would be expected to do any part of that. I looked at the installation prep info they sent to me and there was no mention of that in the instructions either. I ended up calling Best Buy rep again to find out what I should do because I was not prepared to do part of the installation myself. While I was connecting with the rep, the installer came back in and ended up taking care of the hole that he said he could not do for me - so I really have no clue if he was lying or if Best Buy just gave me incomplete instructions. They install team worked quickly but rather haphazardly. They did not put any protective drapes or covers on my doors, floors, etc. If they had hit or scraped places during the install, I would have had a damaged home :| Everyone else that has come out to install things like my refrigerator, furniture, etc. has taken care to ensure that my home is not damaged while they work. I must admit I was nervous the whole time they were here. I would not want this install team back again.
