We have had two different crews--independents hired by Best Buy/Geek Squad--install our new washer. In each case, they went through all the steps in the installation manual EXCEPT for running a complete cycle to make sure the machine worked properly. The installation manual appears to make that the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the first crew had stayed to the completion of the test cycle (they started the Speed Wash cycle which should have been over in 15 minutes), they would have found that the cycle would NOT COMPLETE. The result was that we had to get a new replacement washer. Several cycles would not work properly in the first machine. The whole process from the time we paid for the machine to the day when we finally had one that actually worked was almost a month. Much of that would have been avoided if the crew could have stayed for the whole cycle. I should emphasize that both crews did a good job--although the second walked off with our levelling wrench--neat and quick. But they did not have the time because of their heavy schedule to make sure that the machine worked properly. That became our responsibility. I believe Best Buy--in order to be BEST--should change their procedures so that the installers make sure the machine is working PROPERLY & COMPLETELY.

I have extremely tight location for my washer and dryer and thought for sure I'd get some complaints by the installer. Instead they were great and got the old one out and the new one in with zero issues and a great attitude! Many thanks!!

My washer and dryer were delivered during the time frame I was given and the delivery boys were of great help getting my washer and dryer installed. I had a tight space to work with and they did it without issues! Thank you!

The guys did a nice job installing the washer in our garage.

Only took the staff about 20 minutes to haul away my old item, bring in and install the new one. Friendly, fast, knowledgable staff. Explained how to use my product as well

Installation was wonderful! All we did was tell them where we wanted them! They delivered, connected and set them up. Even took the box, packaging etc with them!

The crew was on time to install the washing machine and did so without issue. The crew struggled to communicate in english but overall it get installed so we were happy

They were both friendly and did an excellent job. I didn't mind tipping them at all because it was a tight place to work, they did it and not one complaint!

The install crew was very professional and courteous. The crew had been to my house before for another delivery and they have been consistently good.

I must say this was one of the most painful delivery install situations. I purchased and the washer had to be replaced because of an issue. The process to get the new one delivered and the old picked up was AWEFUL. Best Buy should be ashamed of the individuals in customer service and the delivery team. There were several lies told about the delivery of the second machine, cover up, hang ups, etc. Be assured I probably will not purchase for delivery again.

Bough Samsung washer and dryer units. Very professional, arrived on time. Knowledgeable about the product. Installed in less than an hour, tested the product with me to make sure there were no issues before leaving. Great service!!!
