Men who came to bring new Samsung washer called in 15 minutes in advance of arriving saying they would be arriving at that time which they did. Showed foreman where the new washer was going while the other person off loaded the new washer. Both brought the new unit into the cellar, disconnected the old unit, placed the new unit in place, and then removed the old unit out of the cellar. The foreman then hooked up and tested the new washer while the other gentleman put the old unit on the truck. They were very courteous and efficient. Great delivery experience.

Carlos and Yomar provided the installation for our washing machine. They arrived early and called before to let us know. They tested and made sure everything was working perfectly and were very professional.

The install Team was Great!. Professional, friendly, easy to talk to/ask questions. They make it look fast and easy when installing the machines. pay the extra money and have them deliver and install the machine... it's worth it.

I must say this was one of the most painful delivery install situations. I purchased and the washer had to be replaced because of an issue. The process to get the new one delivered and the old picked up was AWEFUL. Best Buy should be ashamed of the individuals in customer service and the delivery team. There were several lies told about the delivery of the second machine, cover up, hang ups, etc. Be assured I probably will not purchase for delivery again.

Was very fast and they did a great job. If they are nice I always tip these guys. I have never had any problems with Best Buy installation on anything.

The only reason why I'm not giving five stars is because they somehow tracked dirt on our carpet even though they tried to be careful not to-and I'm having a hard time getting the stain out. But installers noticed that our valves needed to be replaced before they could install the washer - otherwise there would've been a major leak. We appreciated that they caught that. If we would've bought used, who knows what could've happened. Also, it's not an easy job carrying old washer out and new washer in, we are on the 2nd floor. I would rate them 4.5 stars.

All of the installations done well/installers friendly, introduced themselves and proceeded to work.

They installed it at a rental property. They scheduled it directly with the tenant and installation went well. I would use their installation service for my own home when it comes time to change the washing machine here.

Love my new washer so far, very easy from purchase to delivery! The delivery guys were on time, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Installation technicians were knowledgeable and thorough in installation, testing product and informing us of basic operations and cleanup after they did the installation.

Washer is grossly unbalanced. Not sure it was worth the cost of paying for an installation we could have messed up ourselves. No, I would not recommend Best Buy installers.

A replica but maybe just a little different since washer and dryer were installed on the same day. Installers must have what they need in order to complete the job !
