They called me before they showed up and were there a few min earlier than the time they said which I didn't mind. Loaded and installed the washer really quick and tested it before they left and gave me some info on how to save money.

The guys were in and out in about 45 minutes. Disconnecting my old washer and dryer, hauling them away and installing both of my new ones and installing all new lines and vents. You can't beat that! Plus they took all their mess away.

After ordering my washing machine from Best Buy, scheduling the delivery and installation online was very easy. I selected a convenient receiving date and I got 2 emails confirming the arrival time of my machine . I was given a 4 hour delivery window from 8:00am-12:00pm on July 4, 2018. I got a reminder email from Best Buy the morning of the 4th. I got a phone call from the driver telling me they were on the way at about 8:15 and they arrived by 8:30. Two men carried the machine down to the basement and installed it in less than half an hour. They were very friendly , quick, confident, and professional. I was happily surprised at how quickly and easily my washer was delivered and installed. My machine has been working great since I got it over a month ago.

Removal and installation took about 30 minutes and involved disconnecting very corroded hoses. Washer works great after the installation and no leaks were detected.

I am still getting adjusted to the new digital system. I wouldn't go back to the my old washer and dryer. The performance is worth my adjusting to it

They emailed you up to the minute on arrival. They walked in the house and took the old washer out and setup the new washer in under 30 mins. Arrived to the minute on time and never heard a peep from them best installation ever.
