Excellent job! Arrived early. Fully prepared. Explained what they were going to do. Respectful.

Best buy scheduled my delivery appoint at their earliest time slot. 1200 noon to 600 pm. Driver called in morning and left a message to see if they could arrive earlier. I did not receive message until, sometime later due to work. They took a chance and came to house, and I was surprised but welcomed the earlier delivery. Another delivery team called in sick, so they were tasked to deliver some of their loads. All in all, everything worked out, and I was satisfied with their early arrival.

My product was delivered on time. The service person called me 30 minutes before reaching my home. Overall I was satisfied with the installation service.

I had heard so many horror stories from people about HE washers and was almost scared to buy one. I am happy to report our new washer works well and I have no misgivings about parting with my old Maytag.

The delivery person followed all the direction and I installed it very fast. Also called me before arrival it was so easy.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go when having your Best Buy Product Installed. They are quick and proficient. They were polite and respectful as well. Very knowledgeable.

Carlos and Juan installed our washer in less than 10 minutes. They were very professional and careful with our washer. The only negative is that they did not call us before arriving but when they were already at the house.

The employees that installed the washer were quick and professional. The only problem I had was that they cranked down too hard on the hoses and broke one of the gaskets and caused a leak. I just went to the hardware store and got some new gaskets for $2.

Andre and Chris could not have been more efficient. They were on time, careful and helpful. Would love to have them deliver my next appliance.

The installation was perfect. They were on time. I received a text message when they were 15 minutes out. The did a very professional install and gave me recommendations for placement that were spot on!!!!

Removed from box and inspected. There were no dents or issues. Brought into the house carefully. Hook up was smooth and test run showed no problems.

This is a review about the installation. The guys that did the install were very knowledgeable, helpful and did a wonderful job installing the new washer.
