I believe that this plan saved me a lot of money. Any problem and they were here to fix it. Recalls were taken care of fast. When my machine died inside of 5 years, I qualified for a replacement machine that brought the new one down to 2018 levels for a better product. I will always purchase this plan at Best Buy.

They were careful not to damage my property. However the washer was never leveled properly and dances when run. Still waiting for them to come back and level it!

The installers are very well trained. They are so professional. They give very good instructions. They are very careful not to bump or scratch the walls or the new machine. I highly recommend the great job they do.

I would totally recommend using Best Buy for the washing machine installation. They were on time and efficient. The installer spent time to teach me how to use the washing machine and ensured it was running properly before leaving.

They were very fast, wore masks and were mindful to not damage anything during installation. I was also given a quick tutorial on how it worked, which was much appreciated.

guys were great , they showed up early were courteous, and quick. they made sure it was level and ran all the cycles. will never do it myself again

Very efficient installation. Installed with ease. Made sure it worked before leaving. Also assured level. Had to carry the machine down stairs and made sure not to make any marks.
