Just had my first smart washer installed, and I’m genuinely impressed. The setup was quick, clean, and hassle-free—exactly what you hope for when upgrading appliances. What really stands out is how intuitive the machine is. It sends notifications when a cycle finishes and even reminds me when it’s time to clean the drum—no more guessing or forgetting. The delayed wash feature is a game-changer for scheduling loads around my day, and the variety of pre-wash settings lets me tailor cycles depending on the mess level (which is clutch when dealing with training gear or kiddo spills). Overall, it’s a sleek, efficient upgrade that’s already making laundry feel less like a chore and more like a streamlined part of the routine.

I made an appointment and bestbuy showed up on time. I found multiple reminders, updates throughout the process. The installation was done very cleanly and without any much noise. The appliances were delivered in good shape with no visible damage. Both of y washer and dryer working as good as possibly can. Thank you best buy :) Be careful with the appointment, due to unforeseen issues, it may get canceled and need rescheduling. It adds frustration to the customer, but please do know that it is not by choice. There are supply, labour and transportation challenges and we can't know everything in advance.

The installation was quick and the laborers were both extremely friendly. I was informed about do's and don'ts of my new appliance including maintenance, how to clean it, and how to get the most out of it. They fully installed everything as expected without a fuss. They were in and out in maybe 40 min max after installing 3 major appliances. They even had to remove the front door to get the appliances in the house, but did so with ease, then making sure everything was lined up and attached back to it's original position. Nothing was damaged or scratched in the process. I will 100% recommend the installation to everyone.

This is absolutely a wonderful washing machine. It is one of the best washing machines. It is easy to use and have all the luxury that you would want with a washing machine. I actually use it more than I ever used a washing machine, you should absolutely get it

I ordered a new washer and dryer in late September that I was so excited about, however it's been a huge ordeal to get them delivered (mostly due to the local 3rd party delivery partner). After many phone calls last week, I thought everything was rescheduled for today but unfortunately I received a call from Geek Squad Tech that he would be coming today but that he was only bringing the connections.... which he also found odd. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. So I spent more time on the phone this morning trying to figure out when my appliances would be delivered and installed. Mind you, I had just come back from out of town, my A/C unit had gone out so I was also dealing with that, I have a full time job, three kids and don't have the type of vehicle or manpower to go pick up the appliances myself, let alone get them in place and installed. Joel called me back and this is where the tides turned and he absolutely rocked the customer service part of his job. In short, Joel took the initiative, contacted his manager and found a way to rearrange his schedule. He delivered my washer and dryer today at 4:10 after he was done with his other deliveries even though it wasn't on the schedule. He was able to get my washer connected and now I just need someone to come connect the dryer because it's gas. Joel doesn't know me and didn't have to do what he did today, he could've just dropped off the connections like his job required but instead he went above and beyond. I'm sure this made his day a little longer. He made multiple phone calls to figure out how he could help me, even finding out who I should contact about installing the dryer since he's not allowed to install it himself (I'm 100% sure he would have if he could have). I'm not sure he or anyone reading this will understand how much of a burden was lifted off my shoulders by him taking the initiative. If he hadn't helped me, I would probably still be making phone calls to get it all figured out. Joel has a proven track record at this point as this is the second delivery and installation that Joel has done for me and come up with a solution so that he could do the best job possible. A few weeks ago I purchased a new fridge. We realized mid-install that I hadn't placed my order correctly for the water dispenser/ice-maker connection so he and his teammate found a kit in the truck and were able to get everything set up. Not only is he a problem solver but he's friendly and efficient. Joel, from the Brownsville Texas store/Geek Squad, is the kind of employee that will keep your customers loyal so I really hope he gets the recognition and compensation that he deserves for his efforts. He sure makes Best Buy look good!

The washer install was seamless and the delivery and set up techs and I call them techs as they were professional, efficient and courteous. They handled the install in no time. The only issue they left their tools and when we called to advise, apologized to us for 'the incovenience' but came and picked up later.

The first washer installed was not the one I ordered. The installers, Joe and Connor were VERY courteous and helpful in resolving the issue, telling us how to go about exchanging it for the on we ordered, and assuring us we could use the one they'd just installed until the right one was delivered. The second washer was delivered in as week, and again, the installer was efficient and very courteous about removing the first and installing the replacement. He gave very clear preliminary instructions as to how to use the machine.

I needed to level the washer. Once leveled it ran much quieter and is performing as expected.

The washer install for my LG was excellent. You can track your appointment all morning up to the delivery and you also get a call right before they arrive, 5-10 minutes before. They were fast, neat, efficient, tested the washer, made sure it was level and arrived at the scheduled time. They were great!

Installers were efficient, quick and careful of my home.
