Best washer we ever had. It's quiet, cleans well, and easy to set up for your wash.

Purchased in for rental unit in late November but delayed delivery until March. Has been in use for 3 weeks and no complaints from tenants. Installers did a good job

When they showed up with the washer they removed the old one and installed the new one!

The delivery person followed all the direction and I installed it very fast. Also called me before arrival it was so easy.

Men who came to bring new Samsung washer called in 15 minutes in advance of arriving saying they would be arriving at that time which they did. Showed foreman where the new washer was going while the other person off loaded the new washer. Both brought the new unit into the cellar, disconnected the old unit, placed the new unit in place, and then removed the old unit out of the cellar. The foreman then hooked up and tested the new washer while the other gentleman put the old unit on the truck. They were very courteous and efficient. Great delivery experience.

Best buy scheduled my delivery appoint at their earliest time slot. 1200 noon to 600 pm. Driver called in morning and left a message to see if they could arrive earlier. I did not receive message until, sometime later due to work. They took a chance and came to house, and I was surprised but welcomed the earlier delivery. Another delivery team called in sick, so they were tasked to deliver some of their loads. All in all, everything worked out, and I was satisfied with their early arrival.

The two guys that delivered and installed my washing machine were professional and fast. Arrived on time. Notified me when they were on the way. Removed old machine and left the house, stairs, and driveway clean.

The installation itself was great. Nice guys. But. They were 45 minutes past the 4 hour arrival window. And Customer Service did not call me. I had to call them. Poor.

Installers were very accommodating- they put the new washer on the existing pedestal base we had and checked out the operation of the new washer before they left. Very happy.

Keep it up ! You have a great talent for your customer service

My one and only complaint is that they showed up over an hour outside the timeframe I was quoted. Otherwise, the delivery and installation went well.

Not only did these young men do a great job installing, explaining & testing my new washer, they helped install the snap-in tile flooring where the old washer was removed for the new machine to sit on. Went above & beyond.
