I bought installation service for my washer and dryer and they came in on-time and make sure both washer and dryer working as the leave and also took the packing and clean the dust which comes out of vent at the time of installation.

The gentleman that brought our Washer to install it was very knowledgable in installing and it and telling all the in and outs of the washer machine. He even ran it through a cycle to make sure everything was good.

Employee in training installed the machine. Another employee checked the work, and the trainee made a minor adjustment, Everything has worked fine.

Not exactly the friendliest but they installed very fast. Maybe too fast they crossed the hot and the cold hoses.

We originally purchased this washer and found a leak from the washer. One call to Geek Squad and arrangements were made to replace the washer. The tech was punctual and very professional. This is the reasonall of my electronics and appliances are purchased thru Best Buy. Thank Best Buy for decades of service.

The delivery and installation of our Washing Machine went smoothly. The removal of our old machine was fine. There was an issue that a small crack occurred when it was being lifted into place. The delivery persons were understanding, offered to take it back and get a new one, but instead we marked on the delivery form that there was a crack but it would NOT affect anything. Also, as it was not visible and they noted it on the delivery form the condition of the machine, the delivery was completed. The delivery persons were courteous, thorough, and friendly. It was a good experience.
