The two men where very profession. you could tell they knew what they were doing.. They even ask me if I had some duct tape to ensure dryer vent was more secure. They were early and left in a flash GREAT SERVICE

Very friendly and easy to work with delivery guys when they finally got to my home. However, it took five scheduled deliveries to get this done! Unbelievable situation that honestly took over one month from date of purchase to get the washer delivered to my home. Best Buy scheduled, sent confirmations, but did NOT SHOW UP for four other delivery dates. We waited, tried to call, had to go back to retail store to then get more broken promises....and then 5th try was the charm and nice guys showed up with the washer and installed in 20 min. and departed. Best Buy did partially compensate me for these hassles, but what a saga! I gave five stars for the delivery guys who did great work, but the software integration and scheduling system get "0" stars!

The installers came much later than scheduled and only installed the washer because the dryer was unexpectedly out of stock. The installers did the job efficiently and quickly. They were unable to take the old hoses out of the inlet taps, so that step was not completed. Need to get a plumber for that.

So far ao good... enjoying my new washer and dryer. The guys were great who installed on time and works great.

We originally purchased this washer and found a leak from the washer. One call to Geek Squad and arrangements were made to replace the washer. The tech was punctual and very professional. This is the reasonall of my electronics and appliances are purchased thru Best Buy. Thank Best Buy for decades of service.

Quick and quiet. These guys were in and out in less then 10 minutes first thing in the morning. My family slept through it while these guys took care of business.
