I had to wait 1 month to get my washing machine delivery date. They gave me a 4 hour window and then totally missed that time frame. I had to call my sales rep at Best Buy to find out if the install team was really going to come on the scheduled time. Ends up they were late - really late. I mean . . . you have a 4 hour window. You would think that they could get it in that time slot. Obviously they were overbooked or lazy. Either way, it's their problem to solve not mine, and I was not happy that I had to go on a hunt for them and to updated on the status. Was told they would call me 2 hours before they arrived. They called 10 minutes before they arrived. And then they told me that I need to cut a hole for the washer drain pipe. I had no tools to do that, and no one at Best Buy told me that I would be expected to do any part of that. I looked at the installation prep info they sent to me and there was no mention of that in the instructions either. I ended up calling Best Buy rep again to find out what I should do because I was not prepared to do part of the installation myself. While I was connecting with the rep, the installer came back in and ended up taking care of the hole that he said he could not do for me - so I really have no clue if he was lying or if Best Buy just gave me incomplete instructions. They install team worked quickly but rather haphazardly. They did not put any protective drapes or covers on my doors, floors, etc. If they had hit or scraped places during the install, I would have had a damaged home :| Everyone else that has come out to install things like my refrigerator, furniture, etc. has taken care to ensure that my home is not damaged while they work. I must admit I was nervous the whole time they were here. I would not want this install team back again.

So far ao good... enjoying my new washer and dryer. The guys were great who installed on time and works great.

The guys did a wonderful job! They were about 4 hours after the scheduled time, which was unfortunate. But once they were here they were in and out and can't complain.

Carlos and Yomar provided the installation for our washing machine. They arrived early and called before to let us know. They tested and made sure everything was working perfectly and were very professional.

The guys at Best Buy are great. Delivery and installation on point. They were on time and very courteous. Wore a mask and shoe covers since they had to bring it upstairs.

Best Buy installers are extremely professional and get the job done right. It’s hard to really add to that.

We had 4 deliveries and movers on one day. These guys were PRO’s. Should have schooled the rest of the posers. Set was done outside the home. Install was neat and efficient. Wish I bought the fridge from them too.

The 2 delivery drivers arrived on schedule and easily installed my new washer. They also provided basic information need to start using my washer immediately.

Was not a washer install, simply add stacking kit. Gentlemen worked rather quickly.

Im usually a "do-it-yourself"er but I decided to purchase the installation package with my new washing machine. So glad I did. They were very knowledgable and efficient. It went so well we decided to buy a new dryer.

The delivery went smooth, they hooked it up and were gone in minutes, and on time!!

I don't care what you say, our installers were better than yours. So kind and genuine, timely, and helpful. The first time they came, our washer and dryer both had to be taken back to store due to damages. Obviously, delivery guys are not at fault, but they were apologetic and as helpful as they could be with situation. Three weeks later, I was so glad the same guys were sent out to deliver working washer/dryer.

I was pleasantly impressed with the Geek Squad guys that installed my new washer and dryer. They looked very clean and professional. They were very polite, worked quickly, no leaks, and all is well. I would use them again.
