They were early and called to make sure it was going to work for me. They were quick getting everything installed despite rainy weather. They were very nice and cleaned up the boxes that the appliances came in.

The guys were great and super nice. But..... they forgot to take out the styrofoam from the bottom of the washing machine. It squeaked like crazy when spinning. I googled reviews and found someone else who said BB team forgot to remove theirs. This single mom tilted the heavy machine over, put a support under the one side, and pulled 9X11ish styrofoam out. Squeaking is gone!
