The installation team was very professional, careful and helpful. They took measures to protect the floor and were careful with the installation. At one point I heard them discussing our washer/dryer hose configuration and sounds like I had hooked them up wrong when we moved but they corrected it without any grief. Before they left they gave us a quick rundown of how to use the machine, some maintenance tips and then asked if we had any questions. They didn’t make us feel rushed through any of it. I was very impressed with the quality of service.

The guys showed up when they said they would. Had the old washer out & the new one in, hooked up & working in under 45 minutes. That includes navigating a couple of very tricky corners. Not a scratch on the washer!

I highly recommend having the techs from Best Buy install your appliances. We had them install both our washer and dryer. They are knowledgeable and efficient!

I recently purchased a Samsung washer from BestBuy and it had a small pretty much unnoticeable dent. (BestBuy did give me a small gift card to make up for it!) The guys let me know as soon as they pulled it off the truck. They were quick and knowledgeable! Also I am thankful they were able to remove my old washer (for a fee applied while purchasing).

We scheduled the delivery for Sunday without thinking about the fact that it was going to be Mother's Day. However, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. The service technician called to verify the delivery, they arrived on time, took care to not block our alley with the delivery truck, removed our old washing machine, separated it from the base, installed the new machine on the base, hooked it all up, made sure it was level and operating properly and removed all packing materials. Excellent service by two very professional young men.

The installers were quick and efficient. My laundry area is outside on my back porch so they went inside the side gate and completed everything very quickly!

The installation of our new LG washer and dryer set was a very good experience. The crew was very polite and professional. They were careful in both removing the old set and installing a new set.

Quiet wash machine. Only drawback that didn't occur to me before is that you can't see the clothes washing because of the "sink" that covers it. However it's worth having the sink if you don't have one in your laundry room.
