Love the washer. Works great and it’s not very loud which I love. The installation was very quick and staff was great

The delivery and installation went smoothly and the technician was professional and courteous. My wife said that not one questions she had was unanswered or rushed and this was one of the best interfaces she as had with delivery and set up

The guys showed up on time, called me to give me the heads up, and installed the washer with ease all while being friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for any better.

The team that came to deliver and install our new washing machine were amazing. Our washer is on the second floor and that meant taking our old machine downstairs and bringing the new one up. Those machines are heavy and the installers completed the task quickly without any complaining or groaning and were very polite and efficient.

Excellent service after we had to get water valves replaced. But they were quick to return and fast install.

Please recognize Roberto and Amet, as one of the top Best Buy installers we have ever had the pleasure in our home installing full size refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. They were so precise in the work. Only seeking perfection as they communicated with one and another. Answered all are questions made sure all worked was nothing but perfect. Explained everything in the smallest detail when over the functions of each item. Never rushing anything. All was perfect no damage to nothing, they cleaned everything. Again exceptional team work by Roberto and Amet. We will say this they never complained just focused at the task at hand and it was pure perfection when they were done. Roberto and Amet, you have set the bar so high we hope they promote both of you to Managers. You are more than capable to show others how It's done correctly the first time. Thanks the Ramos Family.

My install went so smoothly! Wish they had not waited 4 weeks to ask my opinion, bc my team, on 7/21 was wonderful, but I cannot remember their names now. On time, very experienced, very quick. Explained how to use the washer and dryer and agreed to start them up so I was sure there were no leaks or problems. Give them a raise!

This review is specifically for the install process - Best Buy sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of estimated arrival time. 30 minutes before arrival I received a call from the install team. When the team of three (two installers and one for haul away) arrived they were courteous, professional, and prompt. A week later I called Best Buy regarding the dryer that we also had installed with the washer. After initially referring me to the manufacturer (I was not able to connect with anyone there), Best Buy scheduled another team to take a look and also sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of time to expect them. On the day of the appointment, the second team called beforehand a couple of hours early to let us know they could come to the appointment early which was great for us. The second team was also very friendly and professional. Our concern with the dryer was resolved quickly. Overall happy with the installation and the follow-up. Thanks!

The installers, Alex and Richard, were excellent, professional and thorough.

I needed to level the washer. Once leveled it ran much quieter and is performing as expected.

The installation crew were great. They arrived on time. Installed washer within 10 minutes and showed the basics on how to use it. They were friendly, fast and efficient.

The crew that installed the washer was very professional and did it in a timely manner. It was really nice after the letdown of not getting the first delivery and having to start from square one to make a new appointment. Best Buy needs to restructure their methodology in scheduling--if they have a breakdown and can't deliver that customer should be on the top of the list for the next delivery day. We were supposed to receive the washer on May 29 but it wasn't delivered until June 4.

Super fast and nicest people! They came and left maybe 15 minutes later.
