Was a great and easy experience- have had no problems since they put in the machine- communication was excellent.

It's not as loud as expected. It does taker longer than the old washer to do a load of wash. Definitely has some force on a spin out. Initial installation wasn't level. Machine once correctly leveled didn't shake as much. So far seems to be doing a good job on cleaning, however when adding fabric softener doesn't seem to have the same feel on the finished load of wash. Will have to see what can be done to have the clothes come out soft and smelling the way they did in the old machine. All in all, it's a pretty good fit for the price (got it on sale).

They did very well twice! The second time they came and picked up the first one and replaced it with a new one. Very good service!

Jorge & Alfredo were the best! After 3 no shows to even check the washing machine problem, then a group of 3 men came, got on a ladder to the top of the dryer (Stacked), took a picture of the faucet, told me it needed to be replaced due to corrosion, had the plumber come out, pulled out the stacked washer/dryer - and reminded me that all of my indoor plumbing had been replaced 2 years prior (when I purchased all new appliances) - the faucet was better than they could put in now. The next two installers came and asked for the new stacking kit (?) unknown to me, two more installers came and the stacking kit still had not arrived. I put in for the next installment appointment once I received the kit to find out by Jorge & Alfredo it wasn't needed. Their professionalism, manners and knowledge were truly refreshing! If only all of your Geek Squad employees followed through as well, Best Buy company profits would go through the roof!

The delivery/service for my installation was excellent. They called to confirm they were on their way and observed all the COVID-19 protocols. They wore shoe covers to protect my floors and brought in the washing machine with straps rather than a dolly. Did the install, removed my old machine and ran a test to make sure everything was running correctly before they left. I always go to Best Buy for my appliances because their service and follow up are excellent.

We were in the process of moving when our appliances were supposed to be delivered. Of course the team showed up when we were at our old place but were willing to wait the 20 minutes that it took me to get over to our new place. In that time they simply started unpacking our washer, dryer, and fridge from the boxes. They installed everything very quickly and didn't bang up any walls nor the appliances. They made sure everything runs before they left and an hour after their arrival they were gone. We have only one level house so that probably helped with the speedy installation.

Best Buy called to confirm appointment time a few days prior to delivery. They called 30 minuets before showing up. The arrived exactly when they promised. They were delivering a new fridge and washing machine. They 2 delivery men were very professional. They introduced themselves to me and then went to work. They delivered and installed 2 big appliances into my house in about an hour. The set up both the fridge and washer and actually had the washer go they a washing cycle before they left Really great experience from Besy Buy delivery and install team.

The two young men who delivered and installed my washer and dryer were the best. First off they impressed me by carrying the washer and dryer into the house using straps around their forearms and not a dolly that tears up the stairs and can mar the appliance finish. It looked so easy! And then they installed the washer and dryer quickly and efficiently and they made sure they were working before they left. They were polite and competent - couldn't ask for more.

The team that came to deliver and install our new washing machine were amazing. Our washer is on the second floor and that meant taking our old machine downstairs and bringing the new one up. Those machines are heavy and the installers completed the task quickly without any complaining or groaning and were very polite and efficient.

The guys that delivered and installed the machine, pulled our old machine out and installed the new machine in +/- 10 minutes, yes you read that right, 10 minutes. These guys had their process figured out and executed it very well, while also being very careful during the process. I think if I had only one small complaint, I wish they would have leveled the machine during the install, I had to do this myself.

Installation of this product was quick and efficient. They took the time to answer questions I had.

Jacob was very thorough with the installation of the washer. I was surprised how quickly the washer was installed and running since he was so detailed in his work.

The gentlemen who installed the washer were in and out within 20 minutes or less. They did a fantastic job and even allowed me to clean the floor after taking the old one out.

The delivery and installation went smoothly and the technician was professional and courteous. My wife said that not one questions she had was unanswered or rushed and this was one of the best interfaces she as had with delivery and set up

I thought the technicians that showed up to do the install were very professional and very helpful. They called when they were a half hour out and when they showed up it did not take them long to get the old dryer out and the new dryer in and operational. When they unpacked the dryer and saw a little bit of damage they made sure I knew and was OK with it before the install went any further. Definitely top notch delivery/service.

The GE washer is great , installed by professional from bestbuy. We are using it and we are happy . More power to the company.
