The installation crew for my washer were friendly and professional. Quick installation, verified connections, and even removed my old washer. It was really great working with these individuals.

The guys were great and super nice. But..... they forgot to take out the styrofoam from the bottom of the washing machine. It squeaked like crazy when spinning. I googled reviews and found someone else who said BB team forgot to remove theirs. This single mom tilted the heavy machine over, put a support under the one side, and pulled 9X11ish styrofoam out. Squeaking is gone!

The guys were extremely professional, quick, did a great job, made sure I didn't have any questions, and left. I mean what more could you ask, was a perfect install.

The installers were awesome. I usually go with local stores because I trust the installers more. But these guys exceeded all expectations. Quick polite careful.

They worked well as a team because everything went smoothly being this was our first time with stackable units I was worried about tearing them up well worth the money to have theses installed and my old units taken away

Geek squad used safety harnesses to move the washer and wore masks the entire time. I was safe and the washer was installed correctly without incident or damage.

As a tool I suppose they did what they were supposed to do. I have had no issues concerning the installation.

I'm giving the install 2 stars. Contractor was only there 15 min, turned it on and I explained the setting is to cold, so why is hot water only coming out. Tried to convince me that's how it always functions when first used. I explained "no it is not" asked to make sure the hot and cold lines were connected correctly and he tried to tell me they were. Long story, but ended up pulling the washing machine out myself to find the hot water line connected to cold and cold to hot. I ended up disconnecting after using my own tools to complete the job myself. The machine works perfectly now. but was not happy with the install at all
