The delivery and installation were perfectly on time and available on the day I needed. The service man was knowledgeable, friendly and hooked up my washer perfectly. He took away all the packaging. Works great.

All I have to say is it was great having the free installation from Best Buy. The guys really knew what they were doing and explained everything. Would definitely have them install again.

Installation and delivery were a breeze. Courteous, polite and knowledgeable staff. $15 delivery charge and to haul away the old sold us, as most wanted $70-100. We will be using Best Buy more often!

I believe that the guy in charge of the delivery (I think Joey was his name) did an excellent job. He was out of the Grand Rapids office and managed everything efficiently. He was attentive, smart and kind. He also managed his crew well and was actually caring that they be safe while going up and down the stairs to the basement. Great teamwork led by a great leader. Delivery, installation, and hauling service was quick. The team was not very careful with some details: a flower pot was broken in the process as they were moving the appliance; it was a rainy day and no attention to shoe cleanliness was paid so I had to clean all floors afterwards, etc.. All in all, despite these minor annoying items, I was glad I bought these services.

The gentlemen that installed the units were awesome! It was rainy at the time. They laid towels on the hardwood floors, were quiet, quick and knew what they were doing. I definitely appreciated it!
