Guys showed up on time, friendly and professional. Unboxed and assembled the unit. When they went to hook it up to the spigot - a TINY bit of water was coming out of the valve stem - which happens when these things stay in one position forever and then get rotated. They said they couldn't complete the installation and that I would need to have a plumber replace the whole bib assembly. They left. I connected the hose and have had no trouble with it I get that they have to be careful - but jeez.

Washer installation was perfection. Hooked every thing up, tested the washer, ran perfectly. Great job.

Great installation service. The Best Buy pros that removed old washer/dryer units were efficient, considerate, and fast. Hooked up my new units and k ew exactly what they were doing. Great job!!

The service team was on time, and knowledgeable. The new washer was set up quickly and well. While installing the washer, they accidently knocked off the dryer vent hose, and I was not aware of it until we ran the dryer, and the entire room was covered in a warm wet mist in minutes! We figured it our and re-attached the vent hose securely. All good.

The installation was fast. I do recommend not to remove old washer because if you break the shut off valve they don’t change it for you
