All three of the B.B. Employees were very kind & knowedgable, was very careful not to damage my washing machine! They all listened well & were quick to get it installed!

They were very helpful and did a great job. Happy I did not have to do it myself.

The guys showed up on time, called me to give me the heads up, and installed the washer with ease all while being friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for any better.

The Maytag washer was unloaded carefully off of the truck. Cardboard and plastic was cut in driveway, where we inspected for dents or scratches. the team carried washer into place using belts around their waists to control washer. Set in place. Connected the stainless steel hoses to hot and cold water faucets. The team checked for leaks. Started a wash cycle to see if everything worked. Total satisfaction for this install.

Delivery, installation, take away old, all excellent. Very careful not to mark walls or floors. Fast and efficient. After new washer was installed, instructions how to use it were given very well. No need for another trip or to pour over instruction booklet for washer. These installers were well equiped and knew the product well.

Best Buy delivery and install was professional and impressive on how polite they were to my mom and how fast they were out of her place.

The crew were wonderful!! Contacted us with updates and estimated arrival. Moved old units into garage, and expertly installed both in about 20 minutes! They were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful of not damaging house, and just a delight!!!

I got a nice couple of guys for my installation, they were carefull and did the job quick only thing I had to bring them back again at another day to adjust the stability of the washer in the fast spining mode, I would have done it my self if I knew how simple it was.also the follow up calls was an assome thing to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. The installation of this washer was a breeze. Both guys were polite, friendly professional and very respectful. They worked fast, clean and with accuracy. They just kept asking if I had any questions and went over the use in detail.

The washer install was seamless and the delivery and set up techs and I call them techs as they were professional, efficient and courteous. They handled the install in no time. The only issue they left their tools and when we called to advise, apologized to us for 'the incovenience' but came and picked up later.

The two gentlemen that installed our washer were incredible. Quick and took extra care to not damage the hardwood floors or painted walls. The installation, hook-up and confirmation of working properly took less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend their service.

The washer I purchased was installed by Best Buy. I’ve never really considered buying an appliance from Best Buy but due to lack of availability and higher prices at other home stores in the area I ended up getting my washer from Best Buy. I was super impressed with how quickly and how professional the delivery/installation/haul away team was. I would definitely look to Best Buy first for these items in the future.

Installation team was on time with their schedule and fast with the install. Did not damage anything during installation process.
