The men was very polite and did a great job moving the old one out and the new washer in. Was the fastest install I ever had and made sure it worked before they left. Would do it again.

They guys that came and installed my refrigerator, washer, and dryer were super kind and made sure to explain everything and how it works.

The guys showed up and were very nice. They were installing a washing machine, so it wasn't that complicated, but they were quick, efficient, and polite.

Although they arrived late they did call ahead to let us know that they were running late. They were very professional and went right to work at removing the old washer and installing the new one.

My washer and sidekick was delivered 1 week before my dryer which worked out well for my situation. When the washer was installed on top of the sidekick, it wasn't level so when the washer was spinning hard, it made a loud ticking noise. Obviously I didn't notice until I ran a load. Luckily the dryer got delivered the following week and I made sure they fix the noise. The two gentlemen were very kind and spent an additional 30 minutes to address the noise and properly install the dryer vent tube which the fitting was short on our end.

No matter how good a machine is; the installation is just as important. If it floods, or isn't balanced or set up properly, you can have many problems. Best Buy team did a really good job.

We ordered two new apartment sized washing machines for apartments in two adjacent townhouses including new hoses from Bestbuy. The first install crew were excellent. They removed the old washer and installed the first new washer with no problems and even pointed out that the second new washer for next door was dented and scratched, so they rescheduled the install so another pristine new washer could be delivered and installed instead. When the second install crew arrived with the second new washer for next door, they removed the old washing machine and brought the new machine up and into a the second floor apartment but left the installation of the new machine to us, stating that their service only included delivery but no installation! So one crew deserved 5 stars and the other crew only about 2 for an average of 3 stars.

The delivery and installation was smooth and quick. Took out the old and replaced with the new. No leaks, no problems, the installers answered all of our questions and gave a quick demo.
