Removed old washer, put new washer in and connected hoses and plug. Told me to run a full cycle, where to call if any problems and were out the door. Previous installations included making sure water hook ups were working and removal of all the stickers and plastic protection. This time I even had to remove cardboard out of tub and balance washer myself.
