The servicemen were polite, professional and courteous. They went over the product and the Geek Squad Protection. Installation was quick and professionally completed. Nick was great to work with.

Best Buy installers did a great job . . . not just getting it to where it needed to be. But hooking it up, testing it and setting it going.

It was very easy and I am glad the experience was not difficult. The guys were excellent what they did.

Order was supposed to include a set of two stainless steel filler hoses, but the driver was given only one stainless steel hose and one rubber hose. He installed the washer with those fill hoses so we could test and use the washer. About two days later, another technician brought and installed the second stainless steel hose.

I'm giving the install 2 stars. Contractor was only there 15 min, turned it on and I explained the setting is to cold, so why is hot water only coming out. Tried to convince me that's how it always functions when first used. I explained "no it is not" asked to make sure the hot and cold lines were connected correctly and he tried to tell me they were. Long story, but ended up pulling the washing machine out myself to find the hot water line connected to cold and cold to hot. I ended up disconnecting after using my own tools to complete the job myself. The machine works perfectly now. but was not happy with the install at all

Delivery technicians noticed a dent in an appliance during unboxing. I wouldn’t have noticed it but they caught it. They Sent it it back and got me a clean undented unit

I usually dread having something delivered / installed; however, the two gentlemen who came to install the washer and remove the old one were not only courteous, but they did a great job.

Excellent delivery personnel/installers. Took them no longer than 20 minutes tops to get the job done I highly recommend you have installed by professionals

I was unable to install the wash machine myself and the delivery personel that did were professional and they did a great job. I paid a small fee to haul away the old one. Well worth it.
