The workmen were courteous and installed the clothes washer quickly. I was happy to have them take away the ole one too.

Installers were here when they said. Very professional in removal of old machine and installing new. Took time to show me how machine worked and tested to make sure all was in order before leaving.

Installed quickly. I forgot to purchase a part for the steam setting and they had an extra one in their truck and installed that one free of charge.

Unfortunately our washing machine sprung a leak in the bottom of it. So we needed to replace it. Went to best buy to see what they had. Picked one out and had it delivered and old one taken away. Scheduled delivery for a few days after purchase but due to a snow storm it was delayed. That is not their fault and I completely understand this. However, when it was rescheduled is the problem. We never received a phone call about when it was rescheduled to. They state they did call but voice mail was full. That could be but how about calling again!! This is a service that I'm paying for. Luckily I have a flexible work schedule and was able to be home for the next scheduled delivery. When it was dilivered, the service was fine. They promptly removed the old washer and brought in the new one with no problems. The movers did a great job but it was evident that there was a communication/language barrier, so when installing the new one nothing was explained to me on what was done. I asked a couple questions and just got one word answers. Which is fine for a washer install because it's not complicated but if it were a gas stove i wouldn't feel as confident it was done properly.

The best buy employees were quick and made sure to explain how to use and maintain the washer the installed. Excellent work.

The guys that install the appliances in the home are prompt and reliable. They are also very knowledgeable about the products. They make sure you are comfortable with the product before they leave.

Gentlemen called ahead as we were advised, they worked together like a well-organized wheel. Took us through the electronic board, answered all our questions.

Washer install is quick and lint. Just leave the thing you need. Very professional.

Overall good. The install just didn't level the washer and dryer but I was able to do that myself.

My guys had to deliver my machines to the basement of an old house; very tight corners in places. No problem. They had to figure out how to make the dryer vent connection legal in a space filled with conduit, waste water main, and the block wall only six inches away. Hah!, no problem. They had to figure out how to configure the water supply line to reach the source when the connector is juuuuust out of reach; no problem. Not only were my guys efficient and skilled, they were very personable and happy to answer questions and, when appropriate, give advice on the proper care and feeding of these rather expensive investments. Thanks guys! You were the best.
