Could use improvement on leveling the washer.

When the washer was installed on top of the sidekick, it wasn't level so when the washer was spinning hard, it made a loud ticking noise. Obviously I didn't notice until I ran a load. Luckily the dryer got delivered the following week and I made sure they fix the noise. The two gentlemen were very kind and spent an additional 30 minutes to address the noise and properly install the dryer vent tube which the fitting was short on our end.

Washer is noisy/unbalanced

We are having to get a dryer replacement due to damage to the dryer so they offered to just replace the washer too.
