Best Buy delivery and install was professional and impressive on how polite they were to my mom and how fast they were out of her place.

I thought the technicians that showed up to do the install were very professional and very helpful. They called when they were a half hour out and when they showed up it did not take them long to get the old dryer out and the new dryer in and operational. When they unpacked the dryer and saw a little bit of damage they made sure I knew and was OK with it before the install went any further. Definitely top notch delivery/service.

The best buy crew members were wonderful in every way! Thorough, polite, knowledgable and quick to install my washer. They worked with me as I had special requirements and a metal base under the washer that needed to be placed correctly. This set is beautiful! Clean and dry quickly. No complaints at all. Everyone that visit rave over the color and size. Fits laundry room perfectly. Washes large bed sheets and comforters easily without the agitators!

efficient and timely. My old washer had tripped the circuit breaker (unbeknownst to me) and so washer didn't work at first. Installer kept saying I needed to call an electrician until I thought to check my breakers... installer maybe should have thought of this possibility.

LG washer is excellent, I highly would recommend this product. This is large size so I can wash my bedspread also pillows .

The installation of this washer was a breeze. Both guys were polite, friendly professional and very respectful. They worked fast, clean and with accuracy. They just kept asking if I had any questions and went over the use in detail.
