GE washing machine delivery and installation.

However, when moving my washing machine the tile on my floor was ripped. The installer took a picture of the rip and reported it to the appropriate person. I have not heard back from anyone about repairing my floor. I had the floor installed 3 1/3 years ago and this is the only damage on my floor. I would appreciate being contacted about this. Thank you.
