I actually had 2 teams install the washer because the 1st one delivered had some cosmetic (dent) issues. However, the 1st washer was set up by a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient technicians who made sure I understood the operations and stated the test run. The 2nd replacement washer was delivered within a week and the technicians were different, but equally knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I high recommend the washer and Best Buy staff!

The washing machine and gas dryer were hooked up in less than a half hour by two very knowledgeable and professional installers. It was a joy to watch them do their work....

They did a nice job. They did not want to reuse the pistils, but a call to the office got that cleared up.

The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing including leveling the washer to specifications to make sure water would flow out to the drain properly. They also removed the old washer. Provided an overview of how the equipment worked. Couldn't ask for more.
