Extremely satisfied with installation performance!!!

Washer is very quiet which is great. Only downside I am seeing is it's missing the hand wash option which I would prefer to have.

The two men that delivered the washer and dryer were very professional and personable. After the install, they walked me through the machines and answered all of my questions.

They did everything they advertised. They came during the time estimated, and installed quickly with no problems.

After they installed the machine, he placed a level across the front left to right and the machine was level. When I asked him to place the level front to back as is shown in the manual he did it and it showed the machine a bit low in front. He refused to level it up saying it would not make a difference. I later placed 2 rubber pucks under each front foot which leveled the machine.

I went to the store and left everything for my husband to take care of with the Best Buy installation team. When I returned my washer and dryer was ready for me to use with no problems.

I got lucky with the installers of my stove and the washer that I purchased. HONESTLY and I'm honest, everybody knows how I am. Best Buy has stepped up with "better, more mature, professional Techs". I was actually shocked. In the past, they did have rude, unprofessional, good near illiterate like Techs. Why did I have to go there ? Well when I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Range in the past then - There shouldn't be 1 short 5'3 man carrying a whole range on his back. By him doing so, he scratched the appliance and my house. The gentlemen who installed my washer and my new stove, both sets of Techs were a COMPLETE 360 of who Best Buy used to send out. Thank You....

Very fast installation. Persons installing washer were very friendly and knowledgeable. Called ahead when they were going to arrive.

Installation was a snap and the service was great. I also appreciated the mini tutorial on the most common questions about the machine and hints about getting the most of it’s features.

Prompt and efficient, but also friendly and amusing to talk with. They were great about wearing masks and respecting social distance, as well.
