The measure of quality isn't best taken when things go right, but rather when there's what we used to call a Fustercluck. We were advised by the in-home advisor to purchase a specific washer and a specific dryer to replace old units that the prior owner had installed on the main floor when the spouse became ill. The three installation crews that visited us to install the new appliances that barely fit in the available space were composed of truly intelligent, capable, respectful, and delightful craftspeople. Long after I've forgotten that it took more than a week to get everything in place (especially because the original crew had been supplied with the wrong installation kit), I will remember that there were people who were dedicated in their service to us and in their devotion to getting it right, against all the obstacles. The two machines are working great, by the way, and I am grateful for the follow-up conversations that I've had with the customer service crew at Best Buy.

The guy that installed my washer and dryer was very professional. He was very efficient and had the job done in less than an hour.

The technicians arrived with everything they needed, were very knowledgable of the product they were installing, and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well!

Easy and efficient install team. The guys did it when I was out of the house, or I would have caught this before they left. The next day when I went to use my dryer, I realized that they installers did not position it correctly in the closet area, and I was unable to open the dispenser drawer. No problem, they came back the next day and fixed the problem.

Installation was not belabored.They came equipped with all the needed parts. It was fast and accurate. When they left I knew I have a fully functioning machine. They were very polite, and customer service friendly

It is so hard to find knowledgeable, professional workers - and the two gentlemen who delivered our 3 major appliances were terrific! On-time and efficient. Besides their side comments on our spot-on purchase, the best part was their crazy skills levitating our washer, dryer, and 2 pedestals using straps and their bones and muscles getting the equipment into our small laundry room - I wish I had taken a movie to show the grandkids!

The washer was installed fine and worked well. My only complaint is that they told me I did not need the fill hoses I had purchased as my old ones were better. However, they did not leave me the hoses that I purchased. Be careful that if you purchase hoses they are installed or left with you.

The two men who installed the washer/dryer were super friendly and professional, and did a great job during the delivery and install.

Best Buy installation crew in Chicago metro were timely (early), pleasant, careful, skilled and quick. No qualms with delivering a new washer down the long walk from street up steps into a 1930 house, down a narrow staircase to a dank basement and haul away of the old appliance. Terrific and highly recommended.

This install was great. Notified 24 hours prior with a 4 hour window of install. During the 4 hour period I was kept informed every step of the way until they were traveling to my home for my installation and given approximate arrival time. About 5 x 10 minutes before I was again updated every minute or two. when Turing onto my street I was sent last update and I was able to inform them I was ready and they could pull into driveway to deliver. Installers were knowledgeable and efficient in the ability to quickly install the washer quickly and exactly where I asked. Great workers. They left my home completely clean from start to finish.
