Awesome Washing Machine. Like Doing Laundry Again.

These guys did a great and fast job removing the old machines and racking, stacking and intalling our new washer/dryer. All the hookups are secure and so far no leaks.

Installation was neat, personnel had correct equipment to do the job.

The two people who installed my washing machine were fantastic! They were very patient with me and answered all my questions, and the machine worked perfectly when they left. Thanks!

I was not home but they were able to install and remove the old washer without any damage to woodwork. The washer is functioning fine and I have no leaks. What can you say, job well done.

Washer and dryer install I had 3 different crews on this install. The first was great. Unfortunately they couldn’t install the gas dryer (code violation) can’t install gas dryer in a bathroom anymore in Maryland. I got an electrician, a dryer plug . Next crew didn’t bring the dryer! 3 times the charm . Still another crew they were not very friendly and complained about putting my back door back on . It was free though

Installers were here early in the time frame they gave us which was good. They had the installation done very quickly and carefully. There were dents on the top of the machine that I noticed after they left the house but I caught them before they left the driveway. I don’t know how they didn’t notice the dents because they were fairly large. You could definitely feel them by running your hand over them!

Washer very quiet. Love the different settings. The door was locked. A call to Samsung solved the problem.
