My washing maching cords have come apart twice & my washing machine jumps around until it cuts off and since my laundry room is outside, I won't know for hours. Plus thry rushed through my install. Thry acted is if they didn't know what they were doing. Clearly didn't. Would NOT recommend.

I had a good experience with the Best Buy installation of my washer. The Installer was very efficient in getting my washer installed, also he explained to me how to operate the washer in a step by step manner. All in all it was a good experience.

I actually had 2 teams install the washer because the 1st one delivered had some cosmetic (dent) issues. However, the 1st washer was set up by a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient technicians who made sure I understood the operations and stated the test run. The 2nd replacement washer was delivered within a week and the technicians were different, but equally knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I high recommend the washer and Best Buy staff!

My delivery was delayed about a week and a half because of the weather, but when they did come they were quick and efficient with installation. The installer seemed knowledgeable as well.

Looks great! Good Size, but because the buttons are on a black screen it can be hard to see for elderly folks. Make sure you have a nice bright light above it.
