Delivery folks great - sales rep definitely not!

Did not indicate that we had a washer to pick up, or that installation included moving to a pedestal. Then did not set up for hose replacement - but charged us for a hose. So installer was great - but sales clerk definitely needed some improvement!

Outsourcing installation

The installers left the washer visibly unleveled - and the lead guy condescendingly told me that the floor was uneven and that the washer would self-correct. I ended up putting wood blocks underneath the front leveler legs myself. And they left the drain hoses in the middle of my laundry tub; I couldn’t use the tub until a handyman friend moved the hoses behind it. I would think that the installers would have thought to do that.
