Great job!! Great experience! Would recommend them

After dealing with Home Depot delivery staff, Best Buy guys are much more competent. For instance, Home Depot delivery guys refused to bring my appliance to the second floor. I tried 3 different times and they did not deliver it. Then I bought my apply through Best Buy, delivery installation and return was outstanding.

Bestbuy did a great job installing my washer & dryer. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

It was nice to meet delivery people who genuinely enjoyed their jobs! They were careful, clean and exacting in making sure the appliances were installed perfectly. I appreciate that!

Installation was quick and courteous. They were very clean and explained how the machine works.

the guys called on their way, showed up when planned with my new equipment, promptly pulled the old stuff, cleaned up and had the new stuff running in about 20 minutes. no problems at all!

The two gentlemen who installed my new washer could not have done a better job. They were here on time, took the old washer out and had the new one installed and tested in 15 minutes. Great job.

The raleigh delivery team did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer. They were a bit late but communicated the whole time and worked late getting it installed same day.

Attention to detail: making sure the appliances 'lined up' with each other for esthetic reasons. Allowed us time to clean under the old appliance. I observed careful installation of the unit.

Had a probel where delivery did not show up on scheduled date/time and they had to reschedule. Washer was installed quickly..no issues

The people who installed my washer and dryer were very polite. They were in and out quickly with no issues. Before leaving they made sure I understood how to operate the product. Very professional.
