Love it, easy to operate. Uses less water, very quiet and gets my clothes very clean and less wear and tear. Cuts down on my water bill as well.

THEY DELIVERIED THE WASDHER ON TIME AND INSTALLED IT EVERY QUICKLY

The installers were 100% professionals, courteous and quick, no scratches on the wall or stairs going down to the basement. The hookup and trash removal was very fast.

The delivery guys arrived early and were very personable upon arrival. Installation and removal looked good. After they left however, I realized they hadn’t leveled either machine (washer and dryer). Not a huge deal but I paid for installation. We used the washer for a month and had a couple of clothing items ruined and couldn’t figure out why. Not only had they not leveled the machines, they had also incorrectly installed the water lines (hot to cold, cold to hot). So cold only clothing items had been being washed in hot water despite the correct setting on the machine. Overall just an absolute waste of money to have something “installed” that you have to fix…

The guys who installed the washer were terrific. Friendly, polite, respectful, helpful. We used to buy from Sears but have switched to Best Buy because of service and the Geek Squad

They were on time, courteous, identifies themselves and the reason they were there. The got the washer installed and running and explained the proper way to use it! Great guys!

Installation service is good, but did not like the extra purchase of cords and vents required for free delivery and installation.
